Die Seilbahn Téléphérique de l‘Aiguille du Midi bringt Sie vom Zentrum von Chamonix in 20 Minuten ins Hochgebirge auf 3842 m.
Die 3777 m hoch gelegene Aiguille du Midi und ihre Terrassen bieten einen 360°-Rundumblick auf die gesamten französischen, italienischen und Schweizer Alpen. Ein Lift bringt Sie auf die Gipfelterrasse in 3842 m Höhe mit atemberaubendem Blick zum Mont Blanc.
Dauer der Besichtigung einschließlich Fahrzeit 2 bis 3 Stunden. Achtung: Die Besichtigungszeit kann je nach Besucherandrang auch doppelt so lange dauern.
Das ganze Jahr über stehen Ihnen unsere Cafeteria und ein Souvenirgeschäft offen. Im Sommer bietet das Restaurant „3842 m“ in einem einzigartigen Rahmen Spezialitäten aus Savoyen an.
Auf dem Gipfel angelangt, versäumen Sie nicht die Fahrt mit der Kabinenbahn über dem Riesen-Gletscher Glacier du Géant bis zur Helbronner Spitze in Italien.
Die Seilbahnfahrt zwischen Chamonix und Aiguille du Midi erfolgt in 2 Etappen. Die Zwischenstation Plan de l' Aiguille auf 2310 m Höhe ist Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung Balcon Nord bis nach Montenvers.
Imbiss und Mittagsmahlzeit im „Refuge du Plan“- 5 Minuten Fußweg. Eine sehr angenehme Pause in mittlerer Höhenlage!
