Un magnifico campo da gioco
Il ricordo dei profumi tipici della montagna si conserva per tutta la vita. Chamonix propone ai bambini un ampio ventaglio di attività sportive, culturali e di scoperta della natura.
Cap Loisirs - Maison pour Tous
Un programma settimanale viene approntato in funzione dell'età dei bambini. Le tematiche sono differenti: arte, scienze, sport, natura...
Possibilità d'iscrizione giornaliera entro il limite dei posti disponibili.
E possibile effettuare le iscrizioni alla reception della MJC dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 9.00 alle 12.00 e dalle 14.00 alle 18.00.
Stage di scoperta a partire da 3 anni :
Durante l’estate, lo Cham « Piou Piou » fa scoprire la montagna ai bambini da 3 a 7 anni. A ciascuno la sua montagna, tutti i giorni, un’avventura diversa…
Durante l’inverno, l’ESF e Chamonix, l’ESF d’Argentière e Evolution 2 accettano i bambini a partire da 3 anni per far scoprire loro la gioia degli sport sulla neve con maestri/e specializzati/e.
Presso gli enti del turismo di Chamonix e di Argentière, è disponibile un elenco di babysitter.
Per i più grandi :
Scoprite gli sport di montagna in tutta sicurezza con i professionisti della montagna. In estate: arrampicata, alpinismo, escursioni, mountain bike, parapendio, canyoning, rafting, hydrospeed, cani da slitta… In inverno, tutti gli sport sulla neve: sci, snowboard, telemark, free style… ma anche passeggiate con le ciaspole o con i cani da slitta.
I bambini e l'altitudine: quali precauzioni adottare?
Taluni livelli non devono essere superati, oppure ci si dovrà avvicinare con prudenza in funzione dell'età dei bambini. I bambini di età inferiore a 3 anni, non dovranno superare i 2.000 metri d'altitudine.
Per quanto riguarda i bambini di età compresa tra i 3 e i 12 anni, evitate gli sforzi fisici prolungati al di sopra dei 2.500 metri.
Per i ragazzi dai 12 ai 18 anni, si consiglia di non effettuare sforzi al di sopra dei 4.000 metri d'altitudine.
