Begegnung mit dem Gletscher
Mit der Seilbahn fährt man von Argentière bis zum Hochplateau Lognan (1972 m), dann weiter bis zur Aiguille des Grands Montets (3295 m) mit dem grandiosen Panoramablick über Aiguille du Dru, Aiguille Verte, Aiguilles de Chamonix und den Gletscher von Argentière.
Von der Mittelstation Lognan führt ein Wanderpfad zum Aussichtspunkt: Eine Reihe beeindruckender Séracs (Gletscherbildungen) türmen hier sich auf.
Im Gebiet „Grands Montets“ können Sie nur wenige Meter von den größten Gletschern Europas entfernt das Hochgebirge völlig gefahrenfrei erkunden.
Auf Höhe des Lognan besteht die Möglichkeit, direkt an der Bergstation oder in der Berghütte Lognan (30 Minuten Fußweg) zum Imbiss einzukehren. Gipfel-Restaurant.
