¡Una gastronomía inspirada!
En cuanto a la comida, Chamonix sigue con la tradición saboyana con una comida rústica a base de patatas, queso y embutidos. Puede saborear deliciosos gratinados saboyanos, fondues, racletas, croûtes (a base de pan tostado y queso), tartiflette y especialidades con queso reblochon. Sin dejar de lado el famoso “farçon”: una especialidad a base de patatas ralladas, tocino, ciruelas secas, uvas de corintio, crema y huevos. El turismo también ha permitido a la ciudad abrirse a nuevas tendencias culinarias internacionales (cocina italiana, china, japonesa, india, mejicana, etc.). Ahora puede descubrir platos del mundo entero en restaurantes inventivos que asocian con maestría, la tradición local y la gastronomía exterior.
