Accommodations are decorated in a traditional Savoyard style. All flats have a balcony with an outstanding view of the Mont Blanc or the Aiguilles Rouges depending on their orientations.
In addition, each lodging offers a fully equipped kitchen facility (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher etc…) together with a bathroom and a flat-screen television set.

Moreover, the stay package includes free access to:
- - A fitness center, sauna and hammam.
- - A large and cosy living room where you will enjoy relaxing with your family or friends.
- - A 50 space outdoor car park.
- - Wi-Fi.

The tourist residence *** « Les Balcons d’Anaites » is located at the Houches, a village not far from renowned Chamonix (8km). Nestled at an altitude of 1000m, the village is close to shops and has a good access to main roads.
You will also have the possibility to travel to Italy through the Mont-Blanc tunnel in 20 minutes or to Geneva in 50 minutes.
Enjoy the village whatever the season of your stay. Indeed, the ski area in the Chamonix valley offers over 400 km of tracks during the winter season; but the Houches village is also a starting point for a great range of walks and treks for amateur and experienced sports people in the summer.
