Les Guides du Patrimoine de la vallée de Chamonix Mont Blanc

Discover the fascinating history of Chamonix and its exceptional sites in the company of a local heritage guide. Learn about the glaciers, from farming to the beginnings of tourism, mountain guides and the first conquests, the golden era, architecture spanning over 3 centuries and Chamonix today…

- - Guided visits for individuals and groups on request ( 2 hrs, half and full days)

- - Weekly guided visits (during summer and winter seasons) on Thursday mornings. Sign up at the Chamonix tourist office

- Bespoke visits on request, possible in several languages : French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.

Visits are conducted by qualified heritage guides, members of the GPPS Savoy association.
