Un fabuloso espacio de juegos
El recuerdo de los perfumes de las montañas dura toda una vida. Chamonix ofrece a los niños un amplio abanico de actividades deportivas, culturales y de disfrute de la naturaleza.
Cap Loisirs - Maison pour Tous
Elabora un programa semanal en función de la edad de los niños alrededor de diferentes temas: arte, ciencias, deporte, naturaleza.
Posibilidad de inscribirse el mismo día si hay plazas disponibles.
Las inscripciones se realizan en la recepción de la MJC de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 12:00 y de 14:00 a 18:00.
Clases de iniciación a partir de los 3 años :
En verano, con el Cham “pío pío” sus pequeños de 3 a 7 años van a descubrir la montaña, cada uno a su manera con una aventura diferente cada día.
En invierno, el ESF y Chamonix de Argentière y Evolución 2 aceptan niños a partir de 3 años para una iniciación a los placeres de deslizarse con monitores especializados.
En las oficinas de turismo de Chamonix y Argentière hay una lista de baby sitters.
Para los más grandes :
Descubrir los deportes de montaña con total seguridad con los profesionales de la montaña.
En verano: escalada, alpinismo, senderismo, BTT, parapente, canyoning, rafting, hidrodeslizamiento, cani-paseo...
En invierno el placer de deslizar: esquí, surf, telemark, free style...y también las salidas con raquetas o en trineo de perros.
Los niños y la altitud: ¿ qué precauciones hay que tomar ?
No es aconsejable sobrepasar algunos niveles o hacerlo sin tomar algunas precauciones de acuerdo con la edad de los niños.
Los menores de 3 años no deben sobrepasar la altitud de 2000 metros. Entre los 3 y los 12 años se aconseja no realizar esfuerzos físicos prolongados por encima de los 2500 metros.
Entre los 12 y los 18 años se desaconseja realizar esfuerzos por encima de los 4000 metros.
