Reflexologic Balance of the Body and the Mind

Foot reflexology is a natural healing art which is over 5000 years old and has origins in China and Egypt.
It is based on the principle that the foot is the miniaturized representation of the human body with over 7200 nerve endings. Each reflex point corresponds to an organ, gland or part of the body.
Through application of finger pressure on the reflexes, reflexology relieves tensions, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the releated areas of the body.
