With its two stars in the Michelin Guide, the Albert 1er restaurant proposes subtly modernised French cuisine
influenced by Mont-Blanc and the nearby Piedmont region of Italy.

The Carrier-Maillet family have perfected the art of welcome for over 5 generations now,
with conviviality and excellence being its basic principles.

The chef, Pierre Maillet, gives priority to top-quality products and expresses his inventiveness to create a celebration of tastes and savours.
Charr-fish, local boletus mushrooms, beetroot or broccoli from the restaurant’s own allotment, Magland snails, white Alba truffle,
mountain herbs such as wild thyme or wood-sorrel…each season has its treasures.

Master sommelier, Christian Martray will guide you through one of the finest wine menus in the region.
