Chef Denis Carrier and his team suggest an inventive regional cuisine, prepared with local products –often grown in Denis Carrier’s own organic vegetable garden.
Healthy salad with herbs, flowers and vegetables from the garden. We care for your health and select only the best produce.
Winter squash soup with seashell, terrine de foie gras prepared with duck foie gras from the Landes region, lauded by all the valley. Fish from the mountain lakes.
Meat from animals raised in the Alps, season game served with colorful vegetables.
A superb Savoy cheese dish, and for gourmets, red berries in summer, exotic fruits in winter, delicious chocolate and hazelnut desserts, sorbets, tarts, pancakes, petits fours and more.
