Una gastronomia d’ispirazione!

A tavola, Chamonix rispetta la tradizione savoiarda, con piatti rustici a base di patate, formaggio e salumi. Si degustano quindi deliziosi gratin savoiardi, fondue, raclette, croûte, tartiflette e reblochonnade, senza dimenticare il famoso farçon: una specialità a base di patate grattugiate, lardo, prugne secche, uvetta, panna e uova. 
 Anche in questo caso, il turismo ha permesso alla città di aprirsi a tendenze culinarie internazionali (cucina italiana, cinese, giapponese, indiana, messicana). Si possono così scoprire piatti di tutto il mondo presso ristoranti inventivi che sposano felicemente tradizione locale e conoscenze gastronomiche di altri orizzonti.
