Property Management
We focus on being pro-active and believe strongly in preventative maintenance; that means fixing things before they go wrong and saving you time and money. To enable us to do this, all of our customers receive a free property health check when they subscribe to Pangea. By doing so we can establish the condition of your property from day one and help to advise on the best maintenance solutions accordingly.
With specialist partners skilled in every aspect of property care ranging from cleaning and laundry services to snow clearance and gardening, our range of Gold, Silver or Bronze service plans allow you to tailor a management solution that is just right for you.
Concierge Services
If you or your guests require a chef, chauffeur, masseur or ski instructor we can provide it.
Key holding, meet & greet, changeovers, check outs, chalet inventories, private chefs, daily housekeeping, spa trip to Italy, ski instruction... there is nothing we can't organize.
Our extensive experience within the service industry and in depth knowledge of the area allow us to offer the specific services tailored to your requirements.
