Around Mont Blanc, the SERAC company (which operates high-altitude restaurants in the Chamonix area) runs the main restaurants in the ski areas (Les Grands Montets, Brévent-Flégère and Balme) and in the tourist excursion site Aiguille du Midi

Our establishments include restaurants, cafeterias, bars, take-out food outlets and souvenir shops. The company includes seven main food outlet sites and two souvenir shops: at Aiguille du Midi: the 3842 m restaurant, the cafeteria and the official shops at the top and bottom of Aiguille du Midi; at Le Brévent: La Bergerie de Planpraz; at La Flégère: the La Flégère Cafeteria, take-out food outlets and the La Chavanne chalet located on the ski slopes; at Le Tour: Le Chalet de Charamillon; and at Les Grands Montets: the Plan Joran Restaurant, the Lognan Cafeteria and the Aiguille des Grands Montets snack bar.
