Die höchste Zahnradbahn Frankreichs

Die Mont-Blanc-Bahn, die von Fayet oder Saint-Gervais bis Bellevue (1800 m) fährt, durchquert Alpenwiesen und Wälder und nähert sich Stück für Stück dem Adlernest (Nid d'Aigle, 2372 m) unterhalb der Aiguille du Goûter, am Fuße des Bionnassay-Gletschers. Das ist auch die erste Etappe der Alpinisten vor der Besteigung des Mont Blanc.

Die Fahrt dauert 50 min bis Bellevue und 1,15 St. bis zum „Nid d'Aigle“.

Vom Voza-Pass, Bellevue und Nid d'Aigle beginnen Wanderungen wie z.B. zum Bionnassay-Gletscher oder auch zum „Tête de Charme“.

Ab Bellevue können Mountainbike-Fans bis Les Houches hinab fahren: entweder über den Motorcross-Weg oder über DIE ABFAHRT Les Houches, die für Fußgänger gesperrt und Könnern vorbehalten ist. Räder können zu bestimmten Zeiten in der Bahn mitgenommen werden. Bitte informieren Sie sich.

Unterwegs: Restaurants am Voza-Pass und auf Bellevue. Am Gipfel kann man an der Berghütte „Nid d'Aigle“ rasten.
