Qigong is a Chinese energetic art. The literal meaning of its name is "breathing work". Its slow and repetitive movements stimulate deep muscle tissues for better energy flow through the body and improved overall health.
During this workshop, we will work specially on our earth relationship, essential in the Qi Gong practice which organise human between sky and earth. We will practice movement with our lower part of the body. It allows to be less affected by everythings and specially our emotions.
