- informing You about local tourist offers free of charge;
- displaying and disseminating its opening hours in at least two foreign languages;

- being open at least 305 days per year including Saturday and Sunday, including in tourist or activities period;
- answering Your letters all year;
- providing permanent welcome by staff that practices at least two foreign languages;
- furnishing tourist maps and guides on hard copy;
- give you access to its dedicated trilingual website adapted for consultation via on-board supports;
- disseminate its tourist information on hard copy too, translated into at least two foreign languages, about:

– all the classified tourist accommodations with at least the name of the establishment, the postal, email addresses and website, phone number and classification level;
– cultural, natural or leisure sites and monuments with any rates applied, public opening hours and periods, website and phone and postal information;
– events and activities;
– emergency phone numbers.
