It’s in 2015, that canvases and brushes made a sense for him. Following the dramatic appearance of a tinnitus, Tristan Vyskoc immerses himself in running. He runs no longer to hear, he run to lose his reason and almost his life. During the Mont-Blanc’s ultra-trail he said: “The too much race… life emergency. A mystic night. The end of a cycle.”
From this incident, was born an inspiration and fascination for mountains which can be feeling through one color: the blue! “I want you to get into my canvas, immerse yourself in it, let this blue saturate you, intoxicate you, make you lose your bearings. A relaxing blue without any whites traces which answer to my permanent fight against my sickness which get use to me and which has understood my resilience”.
Through his work showing the Mont-Blanc massif from different views, this artist pays tribute and respect to this wonderful nature around us. The one which change so fast : “ The earth is melting… Mountains will be our last sanctum. Some isolated islets where the life is still possible. It pleases me, the idea of mapping and leaving a footprint, a memory of those magic places.”
