If at the time of departure, there is a travel restriction:
In the case that international borders are closed, there is confinement in local areas or nationally decided by the authorities, movement restrictions, or services not available due to COVID-19, the Tourism Code gives you the right to a reimbursement of your stay or services that could not be completed such as a ski pass or an activity (this does not include agency fees or administrative fees).
If at the time of your holiday departure, there are no movement restrictions:
The terms on your contract that will be applied.
This means you must to refer to the General Conditions of Sale and cancellation stipulated and accepted when booking.
The cancellation conditions can vary depending on the rates. They can be:
- Firm: Non-cancellable, non-refundable stay.
- Flexible: Stay can be cancelled up to D-15 or even D-2 on certain rentals or up to D-1 with particular hoteliers.

If you are in contact or you been positively diagnosed for COVID-19 at the departure moment or during your holidays and you have to cancel your stay, it is always the terms and conditions of your stay that will be applied. In this case, in order for your cancellation fees to be reimbursed, we advise you to check our coverage levels with your usual insurer (or possibly via your credit card) in order to claim a possible reimbursement.
