DescriptionThe house is on the sunny side of the valley and faces the Mont-Blanc. It is situated 700 metres from the pedestrian centre of Chamonix ( 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes with the free shuttle) and from "les Gaillands" (a lake and a famous rock climbing spot ).
DESCRIPTION OF THE SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT
The attic apartment occupies the entire second floor of the house.
A south -facing conservatory offers a perfect view of Mont-Blanc range as well as full enjoyment of the sun.
The second floor apartment has a lovely structure with a decorative mezzanine floor.
The living room is well lit and airy with the two french windows and the large windows of the conservatory. It includes a sitting room , a dining room and an open-plan fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with a 4-ring cooker, hood, fridge-freezer, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, sink, and other gadgets like toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, citrus fruit-squeeze, and food mixer.
One bedroom has flexible bed configuration : 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200), according to your choice. Independent head and foot position adjustability and remote control.
A north-facing window and a west-facing skylight lit the room.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200), according to your choice. Independent head and foot position adjustability and remote control.
A pine wardrobe, and two skylights.
The bathroom is fitted out in pine and granite and equipped with a fitted unit, a bath with shower and a cupboard. There are also a heated towel rock, a hairdryer and a window.
The toilet is separate.
