Independant and new chalet of 240 m² on 3 floors. Ski at 200 meters from the chalet in the winter at a 5 minutes walking distance from Vallorcine Le Tour's gondola.

On the ground floor: entrance banch storage shelves, bedroom 1 (accessible for disabled persons: 1 bed 180 - or 2 twin beds 90), dining table chairs, full equiped kitchenette, bathroom: sink, ground floor shower, washer dryer (also accessible for disabled persons), seperate laundry (washing machine, dryer), boiler room.

1^st floor : large living room 80 m² with lounge area (3 sofas + poufs), dining area with large table and chairs, large fully equiped kitchen area with central isle, bar, access to covered terrace and small balcony, separate toilet.

2^nd floor : bedroom 2 (1 bed 180 - or 2x90 twin, single sofa bed, separated bathroom: sink, bath tube shower/ independant toilet) room 3 (1 bed 180 - or 2x90 twin + 1 bed 90, private bathroom; sink, bath tube shower / private toilet in the bedroom), bedroom 4 (dormitory type, 6 beds 90), shower room: sink, shower

Car park. Small balcony + covered terrace with furniture and deckchairs (summer period). Ground of ease. Sheets are included, beds made upon arrival.

Pass and natural reserve Aiguilles Rouges 4 km. Chamonix 15km.

In winter, cable car 3 minutes walk from the chalet to access the slopes Vallorcine-Balme-le Tour.

Get around Vallorcine easily in winter : 

A shuttle bus runs every day between the cablecar and the Poya ski area. It serves several stops (Plan droit, Le Nant, Les Biolles, Le Couteray).

You can also take the Mont-Blanc Express train between Vallorcine and Chamonix with the guest card that will be given to you at check-in.
