Winter at Le Caillet
Book the Chalet for your own VIP event! For groups of 8 to 12 people (for larger groups, contact us).
Enjoy a snowshoe trek led by a mountain guide, then come into the "ice bar" before dinner by the fire. Round off your evening with a torchlight descent to Chamonix.
You couldn't wish for a warmer, more intimate evening!

Ethically sourced food and drinks and a wood-fired oven to bring cheer to the hikers who stop off here. Rest assured that our menus follow the seasons, and adapt to the weather - and our mood - so you can taste something different every time.
We serve lunch and snacks as well as aperitifs and appetizers in the evening, all with a local flavour - so whatever the time of day, it's always a good time to stop!
New this summer: enjoy an out-of-the-ordinary experience and sleep over at the chalet - wake up with a view of the Aiguilles Rouges!
