Ruins of a castle that dates from around 1300 and belonged to Beatrix de
Savoie, Lady of Faucigny. Chapel. Saint Bernard dog kennels. Rock-climbing site. Bar-restaurant.
A short, easy loop that starts on the Plaine Saint Jean road on the right bank of the Arve River. The trail then crosses over the Arve and comes back along the left bank of the river via the forest path, which passes close to the ruins of Château Saint Michel. Itthen passes through a built-up area and goes back across the Arve via the bridge on Avenue de la Gare towards the centre of Servoz and its church.
Helmet and protective gear highly recommended; mountain bikes must be equipped with a suitable braking system.
