DescriptionIt has south-facing exposure with a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc, a furnished private garden, and a terrace. Ski storage and parking facilities.
Close to shops, restaurants and public transports.
On the first floor you can find a spacious room with a queen size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a shower, toilets and a wash-basin.
You can get to the second floor by a loftladder (with safety barriers for children), where you can find a second bedroom, separated by curtain to the living, with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
You can also find a living-room with a sofa-bed BZ 140, a divan, a TV and Wl-Fl.
That second floor is also reachable by outside stairs (with safety barriers as well) leading to the terrace and balcony, with the best view of the Mont-Blanc.
The fully equipped kitchen has a table and rustic chairs, a stove with an oven and ceramic glass cooktops, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a raclette kit and everything else you can need...
The second bathroom has a large bathtub, a wash-basin, toilets, a washing-machine, and a hair dryer.
The cottage has a direct access to the private garden where you can enjoy tranquility. Lt has patio furniture, a plancha and two bikes if you want to go for a ride.
The town center is 15minutes away by walk, bakery 5min, commercial center with
pharmacy and grocery shop 10 min.
The Health House of Chamonix where you can find all the physical therapists you could need is 5 min from the cottage by walk.
The area is perfect for moving by foot, and during winter ski resorts are easy reachable by public transports: bus stop and train stop are 100m from the house.
Please note that this is a non smoking establishment and that animals are forbidden. No party either.
Check-in between 5pm and 8pm, and check-out before 10am.
All beds and towels will be ready for your arrival. A welcome gift will be offered to you.
