The Mont Blanc Trailers and the French, Italian and Swiss municipalities of the Mont-Blanc region invite you to an extraordinary adventure: go around the Mont-Blanc individually in one step, crossing 3 countries!

The Ultra-Trail of Mont-Blanc® invites you to live an extraordinary adventure by participating in one of the 7 events that are proposed to you :

The Mont-Blanc® Ultra-Trail - the "queen" and original race : 171 km & 10,300 m D + - 2,300 runners - Departure Friday 30/08 at 18:00 from Chamonix.
Mountain test, with many passages in altitude (> 2500m), in climatic conditions that can be very difficult (night, wind, cold, rain or snow), requiring a very good training, adapted equipment and a real capacity personal autonomy. It is 18:00 and we are more than 2300 to share the same dream: go around Mont Blanc in less than two days. Each of us has carefully prepared for many months. Despite the enormity of the event, we are calm because we know that nearly 2,000 volunteers participate in the same adventure, willing to offer their passion and assistance with passion in a spirit of sharing and friendship. We will live an adventure out of time! In the moonlight, we will rub the Aiguille de Bionnassay and cross the Col du Bonhomme. At sunrise, we will pass the neck of the Seigne and enter Italy in the magic of Val Veni dominated by the Noire de Peuterey and the glaciers that descend from Mont Blanc. Later come Val Ferret, guarded by the Dent du Géant and the Grand Jorasses before finally switching to Switzerland and savoring its carefully preserved environment. We will have to endure fatigue, overcome our doubts and our anxieties. Some of us, having pushed their limits to the extreme, will prefer to stop while keeping the whole hope of completing the complete turn next time. The others will cross Bovine and Tseppes. Then, facing the Aiguille Verte, vertical Drus and the majesty of Mont Blanc, they will dive to the arrival in the heart of Chamonix. Whatever happens we will all meet again Sunday afternoon to celebrate the winners, to applaud even more the latest arrivals and to share, runners and volunteers together, our joys, our sufferings and our emotions.

CCC®: Courmayeur-Champex-Chamonix - The front door : 101km & 6 100 m D+ - 1 900 coureurs - Départ vendredi 30/08 à 9:00 de Courmayeur.
Wilderness race using mostly the international hiking trail of the Tour of Mont Blanc (GR TMB). Mountain test, with many passages in altitude (> 2500m), in climatic conditions that can be very difficult (night, wind, cold, rain or snow), requiring a very good training, adapted equipment and a real capacity of personal autonomy. The CCC® has gone from being a "little sister of the UTMB®" to one of one of the most prestigious races in the world. The start in the center of Courmayeur is imbued with an atmosphere as only the Italians have the secret, and it is at the same time a rare moment of emotion to the sound of the music of Vangelis. The first kilo-meters, on an original route different from that of the UTMB®, lead quickly to more than 2500 m of altitude to one of the most exceptional panoramas that one can imagine, vis-a-vis Mont-Blanc and to the Grand Jorasses. The passage to the Grand Col Ferret (2537m) marks the beginning of the race in Switzerland, where one will taste the incomparable welcome of the volunteers of Fouly, Champex and Trient. Already in France, but so close to Switzerland, enjoy for a moment the authenticity and charm of Vallorcine, before discovering, at the end of a last and ruthless climb, the valley of Cheserys, a true corner of paradise with a sumptuous view of the Mont Blanc massif. It is then time to reach, finally, the arrival arch in the heart of Chamonix.

PTL®: Little Trotte in Léon - A great team adventure : 300km & 25,000 m D + - 300 riders - Departure on Monday 26/08 at 8:00 from Chamonix.
This ultra-endurance pedestrian event takes the competitors on a great tour of Mont Blanc (300km and 25000m of D +), crossing high roads, without markings on the ground, which requires a sense of orientation on and off the trails. Each year the different route allows to discover the richness and the diversity of the French, Italian and Swiss paths of the Mont-Blanc massif.
The PTL® is realized in teams of 2 or 3 indissociable and solidarity, without final classification. The teams play in a rugged mountain environment demanding a certain technical, physical and mental level. For its 12th edition, the start of the PTL® is scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2019 at 08:00, from the Triangle de l'Amitié square in Chamonix. Arrivals will be judged at the same place, until Sunday September 1st at 16:30, a maximum time of 152:30.

OCC®: Orsières-Champex-Chamonix - The little Helvetian sister : 101km & 6 100m D + - 1 900 runners - Departure Friday 30/08 at 9:00 from Courmayeur.
In the last week of August, trailers from all over the world cross the borders of the Mont Blanc Massif between France, Italy and Switzerland on one of the four UTMB® events which offers distances to beyond 100km. The "trail" effect is contagious and gives rise to new desires! It was just missing this great week around Mont Blanc a race from Switzerland. On a shorter model, this race will be accessible to fans of average distance (in the Trail Ultra Medium (M) category between 42 km and 69 km). Thus the less "Ultra" who want to start and participate in the UTMB® will find a race, with a format that allows them to enter the event. Orsières will also live to the rhythm of a desired departure for several years. The UTMB® Chamonix in Chamonix discovers the 3 countries, the CCC® which flies from Italy goes to Switzerland at a rate of hell, the TDS® opens to the Beaufortain and OCC hand will do honor to the Swiss Valais. The race will start from Orsières located southwest of Can-ton in Val d'Entremont. This valley offers unique landscapes: last spurs and last needles of the eastern flank of Mont Blanc drawing the Franco-Swiss border, glaciers suspended on the polished rocks, fiery torrents ... The route of the OCC passes in the heart of this nature, in a special and typical atmosphere before joining Champex and the last magical part of the UTMB® or CCC® route.

The YCC: Youth Chamonix Courmayeur : 15 km & 1,000 m D + - 300 riders - Departure Wednesday 28/08 at 10:00 from Courmayeur
The YCC is a challenge dedicated to young people born between 1997 and 2004, consisting of a prologue to Cha-monix on the Tuesday of the week of the event and a trail race in Courmayeur the next day.
The YCC is the perfect opportunity for the new generation of trailers to experience the magic of the UTMB®: departures under the arch of the UTMB®, animations by the speakers of the event, followed by the race in time real on Livetrail®, a challenge that takes place in two countries ...
The YCC has nothing to envy to its elders.

The TDS®: On the Traces of the Dukes of Savoy : 145 km & 9 100 m D + - 1 600 runners - Departure Wednesday 28/08 at 4:00 from Courmayeur
Beautiful, technical, wild, demanding, the qualifiers are not lacking to describe the TDS®. It connects the Val d'Aoste to Savoy, to discover the villages of the Mont-Blanc tour and the surrounding massifs. To go through this unique playground is to follow paths where the history and the mountain blend, the technicality of the terrain and the benevolence of its inhabitants. In addition to its traditional start at Courmayeur, in 2019, the TDS® goes to discover the Beaufortain! By proposing a crossing of the essential places of the massif such as the Pas d'Outray, with its breathtaking view on the Pierra Menta and the Grand Mont, mythical places of ski-mountaineering, but also Hauteluce with its typical hamlets and its breathtaking view on the Mont-Blanc is a revisited TDS® waiting for the riders. With its unique landscapes in the world, its inviting and mountain atmosphere, and its many outstanding points of passage, the TDS® is more than ja-but an international class race and the adventure of a lifetime. It's up to you to come and write the story of the TDS®!

The MCC® of Martigny-Combe in Chamonix : 40 km & 2,300 m D + - 1,000 riders - Departure 26/08 (tbc) 10:00 from Martigny-Combe
40 km of festivities created for volunteers and locals
The riders will start from Martigny-Combe (Switzerland) and will join Chamonix on a course of 40km and 2300m of elevation gain. This race aims to weld the teams. This is why the volunteers and the inhabitants of Espace Mont-Blanc will benefit from a priority on this race. It will allow you to taste, over a more accessible distance, the pleasure of participating in the Som-met Mondial du Trail. The organization ensures that this new event is designed with the same quality standards as its predecessors. It will take place entirely by day and allow each volunteer to join his team for the rest of the week. The event will evolve on new trails and offer participants a crossing of the most beautiful hamlets at the top of the valley of Chamonix.
An unprecedented Franco-Swiss route.Very attached to the coherence of the proposed courses, the organization proposes a new route. The runners will progress between the vineyards of the hills va-laisans, hamlets typical of the upper valley of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, to discover the Chosalets, Lavancher, Tour or the Woods and of course Argentiere. In the heart of fir and larch forests, runners will appreciate some remarkable passages including the Bisse de Trient, a historic canal, which was used to carry water from glaciers to villages and alpine pastures. As for lovers of altitude, they will not be left with the climb of the Col de Balme (2190m) marking the Franco-Swiss border. From there, participants will be able to admire the granite ridge of the Grandes Autannes and the mountain pastures that welcome the source of the Arve.
